More “good” news
The good news is that my insurance will pay for the damage inside the house from the sewer water. The bad news is that none of the work to replace the sewer line is covered. Sigh.

Yesterday after I posted here, i received another email detailing a second showing for the house. All good news, especially if something happens to the current contract.
