So my neck is much better today. I can at least drive and feel like I can look over my right shoulder so I can merge into traffic. These are all good things. Unfortunately, now my back hurts from the muscle strain from yesterday. (Or something.) <\/p>\n
I did go to the doctor. She said the neck pain was probably caused by stress or other factors that had built up over time and just chose yesterday to trigger. She gave me a prescription for happy pills (narcotic pain killers) and muscle relaxers. So far ibuprofen has been enough. I tend to be very sensitive to meds, so most likely I won’t get those filled unless I need them. <\/p>\n
So I’m back home and off for today and tomorrow. Staying in bed staring at the ceiling is so much fun. However, it seems to be helping. Kitties are happy I’m home.<\/p>\n
