I really meant to ride…

I had the best plans to do lots of riding this past weekend. Saturday I hung out with my sister (which was lots of fun). Sunday was planned for riding all three mares. Except I threw my back out and had done something to my knee.

I did go out to the barn and check on the girls. Kasane finally lost one of her loose teeth. The swellings are all gone and she seems to be fine. The cut on her leg looks fine. Even though the girls were happy to see me, I really wanted to do something more than just pet them.

So I’ve been watching this beautiful day go by and haven’t done anything except stay off of my feet and lay on the carpet with my legs in the air to stretch my lower back.
