Driving to NC this weekend for my sister’s graduation. The really cool thing? I might get to meet one fo the authors of an English-language publication on Epona. She lives in Hillsborough, which is directly on my way to Raleigh along I-40. Sweet! It’s going to take a while to get out of town, though….

I downloaded a trial of Microsoft Money to see if it would work with my bank. Sure enough, my bank is listed in the supported institutions (Quicken, the other financial software I have, is not). Of course, when MS Money tried to connect to my bank, it couldn’t. ORFCU recently changed its name and domain…

Or as close to it as she gets. She’s now coming out to meet me or at least watch me whenever I enter the bathroom. She isn’t hiding behind the toilet any more. She purrs and plays regularly. She even comes up to me now and follows me around when I bring in her food….

Okay, so I have lots of updates to post for the past two months. I don’t have a lot of time right now, but here are some highlights: Horseback riding lessons! I was way too busy this weekend. Saturday started early with dance practise at 9:00 (arg, not a morning person!). That lasted about 1.5 hours. I went to the barn and worked with Isis for another hour and half. From there, I went home, fed my neighbor’s kitties, and then helped with a community dinner…
