It rained again here last night. Originally I wasn’t too worried about the rain because the roof had been patched. The roofer had warned me that he might not have gotten all of the spot and to call him if the roof continued to leak.
The roof leaked last night. This time water actually came into the sun room — dripped from the upper window ledge onto the floor. I don’t know if the patch made the leak worse or better, or didn’t have any effect at all.
I’ve received two notifications on the house today for two showings: one this afternoon at 1:00 and another tomorrow evening. Wow. Lots of activity but no offers. I know the house has an odd floor plan–that’s what happens with additions and remodelling–but it’s still a great house at a reasonable price. How in the world…
Yesterday after I posted here, i received another email detailing a second showing for the house. All good news, especially if something happens to the current contract. I don’t remember having this many showings mid-week for quite a while. Maybe it means the market is picking up over all? Or maybe it’s just a fluke?…
