A lot has happened in the past few weeks. I’ll write some posts to catch up. Here’s the brief list:
- New horse: Kasane is the primary reason why I have not been posting much on here. I’ll write a long post about here with pictures.
- Stella: She has been fighting a urinary tract infection and appears to finally be over it. She’s also getting one pill per day for her high blood pressure. She isn’t happy about that.
- Riding lessons: Isis and I have been working on whoa and dressage. We went on a trail ride and she didn’t want to stop.
Work has been busy, but good.

…and I love this new site layout. Particularly the colors. Where do you get the graphics and layout, or do you do them yourself?
I found some time under the couch and another bunch tangled up with the cats. They decided to play with it. Made a mess of the time line.
I’ve been trying to take some reasonable pictures of Kasane. So far they are all very silly. You know the shot of the horse’s nose as she sniffs the camera…
Thank on the site layout! Like LiveJournal, WordPress lets you install themes (which can be downloaded from dozens of sites). The WordPress theme I’m using is called “Lyrics“. I found it on the Natty WP WordPress site.
