Rest well, Itty Bitty Stella Kitty
Stella passed this past Wednesday, at 4:30. She was 21. She had melted away to almost nothing, poor little thing.
I’ll write more when it’s not so fresh.

Poor kitty spent the weekend at the vet’s. He perked up a little when I came to pick him up. He had been huddling in the back of his “apartment” at the vet’s. He had a towel to sleep on and plenty of space. He was shaking. The vet helped me give him the evening…

Basette isn’t doing well tonight. For several minutes, she couldn’t stand up. Whenever she tried to, her back legs gave out and she collapsed on the floor. Her time here was long, and she was a lovely companion for a very long time. I know it’s still difficult, even when you knew that the time would come. This has been a very difficult year for you, between Stella and Ambush–know that you’re in my thoughts.
Thank you. Stella was an amazing little kitty who was blessed with a long life and 95% function right up to the end (except for the last 2 days of her life). I was really lucky to have her.
I’ll post about what actually happened after a while. It is just a little too fresh to really write about it yet.
