Picking up keys
Here is some great news: I’m picking up the keys to the apartment today. With the help of some co-workers, I’ll move my stuff this weekend. Arg. Third floor apartments have a great view, but getting things up there sucks.

Happy Birthday
My sister hit a milestone birthday today. I’m not going to say which birthday or which sister (because I value my life). Here’s hoping that she has a great day and enjoys herself thoroughly. I wish I lived closer so I could spend more time with her. She is definitely not within driving distance, unfortunately….
Two showings!

Roof fixed
Just an update on the roof situation and the water in the crawl space. The HOA did indeed send a very nice man from Ark Roofing over to look at the roof. It was fixed today (before we get more rain tomorrow). That was a relief. I’ve also been pulling water out of the crawl…

I got an email from my real estate agent. The house is being shown right now. Woohoo! Here’s hoping that the people like it and make an offer… The market has been so slow right now, but that’s okay. I am blessed with family close to where I work so I don’t have to pay…
