Ceffyl has been moving! I bought a cute townhouse. Closing was October 9th. Most of my time in October has been spent packing, getting the new place situated, and cleaning out the old apartment. I had to give a 60 day notice for the apartment complex and pay the lease termination fee (two months’ rent!)….

Sounds in the ceiling

House update
The house has two more showings this week. I’m glad that it is still having showings even though there is a contract pending. It gives me hope that if something happened and this sale fell through maybe someone else would pick up the house. In the good news category, the home inspection turned up nothing…
