So here it is New Year’s Eve… I’m going to visit with some friends until probably about 1:00 AM. We’re going to watch the (classic version) Wicker Man with Christopher Lee. Excellent movie. Should be fun.

The house is seeing a lot of activity. Two showings scheduled for today and two more for early next week. One of the people who looked at the house this past week said they might do a second showing today… Maybe they did. Here’s hoping that I get an offer soon! Related Images:

I have floppy ankles. Most of the time, I’m fine. Other times, I’ll be walking along and my ankle will suddenly give out and flop towards the ground. This lovely “feature” is exacerbated by the fact that when I was 18 I tore all of the ligaments in my right ankle from a riding accident….
Yesterday the IRS sent me a note stating that my 2004 taxes were incorrect and that I owe a pretty chunck of change. Great way to lose some sleep. Today, I brought my 2004 taxes to work, called my CPA, and faxed them the IRS paperwork. My CPA is really good. I know this mistake…
