I realized it had been a while since I had posted any pictures of Kiesha (aka Squeakitty because she squeaks). One of the ladies on Deviant Art was looking for pictures of cats to include in a series of paintings. (Natamon already did a painting of Ambush a few weeks ago.)

The vet called this morning with some good news! Basette’s morning glucose was 405 (much lower then the prior day’s 500+), and her lunch-time glucose was 339. She’s edging back towards a normal glucose level finally. The best news was that Basette was up and walking around the clinic. Not just a step or two…
Ambush is going to the emergency vet clinic. He isn’t doing well at all this morning. He isn’t keeping food down and he just doesn’t look right. Poor guy has thrown up three times. I’ll post again when I know more. Related Images:

Some good news at least. Kiesha’s blood tests showed that all of her organs are functioning normally. Her thyroid levels are at the same range they were last time she was tested. So we’re all good there. That’s a bit of a relief. Next step will be the ultrasound. It’s quite expensive. I’m not sure…
