PARTY!! I have an offer on the house!! (Running around with a crazy grin on my face.)
The offer is close to what I’m asking, so that is close enough. So, basically I make enough to almost cover the $15k loan I took out for the sewer and roof repairs last summer.
Whee!!! Closing date will be at the end of August.
