I did a stupid human trick at work. I had a day of meetings. I was running late for a meeting so I took the stairs to go up the two floors to my next meeting. My foot caught on a stair and I sprawled onto the stairs just before the landing. Caught myself on the ledge, hit my right knee on a stair ledge, and my shin on another stair. I know...
