Left, right, whoa, back

I was ambitious this weekend. After being sick last weekend and part of the week, I rode Isis and worked Kasane with the surcingle and long lines. Pretty ambitious after a month of being out of the saddle. 🙂 Isis was awesome under saddle in the dressage saddle. We only rode about 20 minutes, most of that at a walk to get both of us warmed up. She is such a joy to...

Stella chasing her tail

Several times per week, I hear this “ca-thump-ca-thump-ca-THUMP” noise from the bathroom. When I go in to investigate, Her Cuteness is chasing her tail in the bathtub. You would think that a 20 year old cat would know that her tail doesn’t go any where. She’s 20 going on three. For the first time, I managed to get Stella on video. I had about 20 minutes before it got dark. We free lunged in the big ring and did walk, trot, canter. We also worked on the ground cues for pivot on the...

End of Time, part 2

Disjointed and slightly disappointing. I’ll write more later after I’ve rewatched the episode a few times. Love Wilf. He’s just awesome. David Tennant has been brilliant as the Doctor. I’m looking forward to seeing him in other shows. Not sure about Matt Smith. Sniff. *waves* Bye DT. We’ll miss you, 10th Doctor. Related Images:

Undead Mac!

After blowing like eight hours trying to get my Mac to work, it finally started working randomly after a reboot. I tried booting from the OS disk to restore from the Time Machine backups. That is what the backups are for, after all. Unless, after booting from the OS disk, the spinning beach ball of doom appears on the “Choose the backup drive” screen. At least I know I have to figure out...
