My sister hit a milestone birthday today. I’m not going to say which birthday or which sister (because I value my life). Here’s hoping that she has a great day and enjoys herself thoroughly. AC unit update
A little bit of good news some times goes a very long way. The Rheem AC unit was indeed covered by a parts warranty, but not labor. The unit is now repaired: the variable speed fan motor was bad. It’s the most expensive part of the interior unit. If my understanding is correct, this repair basically meant replacing most of the upstairs interior unit of the heat pump.
