The house is being shown this Saturday at noon. Which I is good news. The house has never had this much interest. Pretty amazing. I wonder if my real estate agent ran an ad?

It’s kinda frustrating when you don’t know what work you should do and what you should not. I know what I would like to do, but then there is the question of what is cost-effective and what is not? Whoever buys it might not like what I did and might want to completely redo everything…

Ah well. At least it’s getting some exposure.
